EBSCO Discovery Service is a search tool that provides users with access to an institution's entire collection via a single search interface.

Librarian application, run by Center of Information Technologies (CIT) of UVPS, that overbridges the university systems and servers of Czech and foreign providers and producers of electronic information sources.  Basic function of this application is to provide you the same comfort and offer of information sources anywhere - whether you are connected to one of our university computers, or you use your own PC or notebook (connected to the Internet), say, at home or in an internet café. To use access through ProxyServer, You only need a web browser.

For a security reasons, don´t forget to log out and close window of browser every time You finish your work!   


Warning: We recommend to use Internet browser Mozilla Firefox to connect via EZproxy service because some browsers (eg. Chrome, Safari) may evaluated this connection as a potential threat and will not allow you access to databases.
